The stages to produce customer design item are the following:
- Designing and realisation of moulds with the possibility of customisation with customer logo if required
- Hot-forging process with certified brass bars
- Trimming by deburring and tumbling process to eliminate any molding burrs
- Possible machining by numerically controlled transfer machines if required by the project
- Possible superficial treatment as nickel plating or crome plating if required
- Possibility of assembly and testing with delivery of finished product on time and with highly competitive prices

Brass hot-forging
To produce its items in-house RubiZeta has an assorted and modern number of hot-forging machines.
Brass hot-forging is process that exploits the remarkable plasticity characteristics of the brass allowing its deformation once is heated.

This post-manufacturing phase is necessary to remove excess brass after the fitting has been forged if necessary
RubiZeta has 4 TRIMMING MACHINES which are needed to deburr the forged part in various sizes.
The sand-blasting process is carried out in-house after manufacturing.
RubiZeta has several machines for assembling and testing phases for both its products and the ones upon customer drawing.
